Good Morning Light Tribe,
Gratitude to the beautiful many who were present for the webcast yesterday ~ as always it was a very full, eventful and inspired two hours of transformational energies! We participated in a mudra for the heart sutra, together, toward the end of the show and I promised to include a visual in today’s post!
The heart sutra mudra: hold your hand in front of you – palm facing you – now cross your middle finger over your pointer finger – like a typical crossing of fingers for good luck – then reach your thumb across the center of your palm and press it just beneath the crease between the pinky and ring finger – this is the mudra of the compassionate heart – that says, “understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.”

and also wanted to leave you with a visual of OMETEOTL~ the Toltec word I also shared ~ I AM so in love with this word and its vibration ~ the way it sounds and feels…
OMETEOTL: The union of heaven and the physical world ~ a word of power that can move the 13 heavens and the 9 underworlds – and the 4 directions in the middle world. The flower symbolizing the universe – reflecting that what happens in the subtle worlds manifests in the physical world.
