Exclusive Earth Day Event!!

Our bodies are an integral part of a complex system. We are no less a part of nature than the roots of a plant, the fruits of a tree, or a butterfly that pollinates those flowers. We are of the soil, of the air, and of the water. Despite these seemingly obvious fundamental truths, we are accelerating our distance from these limited resources.

Among the most profound actions we have taken against the building blocks of nature is the advent and application of genetic engineering and gene editing technologies: GMOs. In recent decades, we have justified the nearly universal acceptance of genetic engineering among regulatory agencies, scientists, and farmers. The result has been both direct and indirect rewriting of the biology of life on Earth — a manipulation of our food sources that has become so commonplace, the terms ‘GMO’ and ‘Non-GMO’ have superseded the public’s understanding of their health implications.

Today, we are using this technology almost wholly to improve the delivery of harmful chemicals into our food production systems. Unsurprisingly, our health is severely declining as a direct result. Right now, 1 in 4 people suffer from allergies, 1 in 3 are obese, and 1 in 2 will face cancer before they die.

We are coming to see how destructive the introduction of these chemicals into our environment has been, but rather than come to an acceptance of the danger, we instead engineer plant genomic modifications designed to make plants less susceptible to the toxic effects of herbicides. The horror of all this is that these genetically modified plants are designed to be used in conjunction with and often enhance the actions of cancer-causing agents such as glyphosate.

For these reasons, we are prioritizing a discussion on GMOs this Earth Day. In this webinar, we’ll discuss the history of genetic engineering, its detrimental impact to our environment and health, and what we can collectively do to affect change. Join the largest environmental movement and take part in this event happening THURSDAY, APRIL 22 at 12pm PT / 3pm ET.

Earth Day is also a day to consider how we might deepen our connection with the earth. On this morning’s run, I kept seeing more and more wild flowers, everyday new and more colorful than the day before! For a moment I thought, I must learn the names of all these flowers ~ and I was taking pictures of them so I could look them up later. And then, it came to me, what I felt from the earth and all those glorious flowers is, they do not care if I know a certain name to call them, just that I see them and appreciate them and allow them to fill my heart. Which they certainly did.

There are many ways we can deepen our connection, our relationship with the earth everyday. I thought this advice from Mexican healer and poet Maria Sabina, a really beautiful and wise place to start.

“Heal yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon. With the sound of the river and the waterfall. With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds. Heal yourself with mint, neem, and eucalyptus. Sweeten with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile. Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon. Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars. Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain. Stand strong with your bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it. Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead. Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier. Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember … you are the medicine.”

YOU ARE THE MEDICINE! AHO!

Later in the day I was sitting out on the deck with Bodhi and Jyoti – and felt inspired to capture this moment of healing sunlight to share with you. I didn’t realize at the time that one of my prayer flags blew into the frame on the afternoon breeze. A beautiful reminder from ALL THAT IS, that however we decide to celebrate Earth Day this year, that we take a moment to send our prayers out into the world; prayers for healing, prayers for liberation, prayers for transformation, love, peace, compassion and CHANGE. As Zach Bush reminds us, ” WE ARE THE RESULT OF NATURE AND ITS INHERENT NURTURE.”

The ways this planet nurtures this humanity are endless, wise, unconditional. On this Earth Day, may we each find our ways to say THANK YOU ~ and share in the celebration of LIFE.

THERE’S STILL TIME!!! To join in a 5 day celebration, immersion, deepening, exploration of this planet, her consciousness, new feminine energy and vortex experience in the June, Summer Solstice Event, Solar Synchronization.

The June Gateway marks another significant SHIFT around the greater meaning and purpose of the 2020 pandemic. The 3rd quarter of 2021 will be about stepping into new manifestations that support the New Earth, New Grids, New Community and New Creations of the New Reality that is already expressing itself in incredibly beautiful ways. This event, June 20th – 23rd, will be a powerful re-membrance as we work directly with the crystalline grid and crystalline DNA, activating your innate joy in participating directly with the Earth’s Rebirth and RISE!
