I took a 2 year old and endlessly enthusiastic puppy out for a hike yesterday and watched with wonder at how the energy of nature and the energy of innocence co-conspired to reveal ongoing moments of wonder. Live simply, love generously, care deeply, give fully. This really is what life is all about. Finding the strength to break away from the dictates of a material world and create a new story for the human family… perhaps our work now, your greatest job in this moment, is to find the thread that weaves our past into a new future with loving kindness and joy at the center.
