yes, I went through a Hildegard period and felt very touched by the wisdom and beauty of her gifts. What really stayed with me and kept calling to me about this piece above is the idea/understanding/remembrance that there is an energy, a consciousness that maintains the yearning for goodness in our world ~ that even when things seem so out of control and the separation and shadow so all pervading ~ that there remains this basic goodness that moves as an energy in the wind, resides in the living earth with all its life giving abundance, in the waters, the weather, the seasons… all things of the vibrational world really. And as we focus and deepen our connection with that goodness ~ we help to deflect what is imbalanced and maintain this innate yearning for goodness.✨
