Namaste’ New HUmans,

I AM beginning this post with a big sigh. It is not a forced breath, but an organic, in the moment redirect from my mind, to my heart. This desire to consciously and frequently connect with pure, life-force energy, both grounds me into the moment I AM in and reminds me that my breath is breathing with the entire Universe, with the heart of God. With mindful, conscious breath, I AM calling in powerful forces that I know will re-set the moment I AM in and settle my nervous system into calm, into peace. And so it is, that I sit to share and run energy with you here.

This NOW in all of Eternity is calling for present moment awareness and skillful movement. We are in the midst of a threshold moment, both personal and collective, in our society and world. The Full Lunar Eclipse on 9/7, with the 9/9/9 portal occurring just 2 days later, stirred up and amplified the trauma, discord, division and karmic shadow of a reality that has been barreling toward a cliff for quite some time. The assassination of someone of the stature of Charlie Kirk, especially his appeal and influence on the young people, this feels a lot like the late 60’s to me. That this violent act was so gruesomely displayed on camera, in all of our hands, in all of our pockets…we are not wired as human beings biologically, historically, we have not evolved in a way that we are capable of processing such violent imagery. This is not good for us. This is not good to consume.

So, again, threshold – a watershed moment in American history. I truly pray that we are all paying attention, that we let the rhetoric and opinion, the division and mental gymnastic go and JUST FEEL THIS MOMENT. We must stop just regurgitating what we hear, what we are told, by mainstream media, which is such a disservice to our inner knowing. This is so much bigger than the myriad of details and judgements outside of you. You have something in you that knows the truth -that knows right from wrong. It is instinctual. It is the God within. You have the spark of the Divine within you. Each and everyone. It hums and vibrates like a tuning fork. Much of our society, our conditioning in the world has taught us to ignore that voice inside of us that tells us the truth and never lies to us. Faith tells you, deep within, what is right and what is wrong. Conscience confirms that truth.

EVERYTHING IS SAYING PAY ATTENTION. The MOST HIGH of our origins, where we came from, who we are and where we will choose now, to turn, to lean into and perpetuate, is profoundly present and humming, vibrating, it is TIME TO HEAL the wound of hate and turn fully, completely, no mind, only heart, toward LOVE; toward Unity.

This is a time to pray, to mourn, to grieve and think deeply about the future. We are engaged in a spiritual process of remembrance, of returning to the Shining City on the Hill and the Kingdom, Within. Breathe into that. Going home, back to the Light that we are and that holds this planet in great care, great love, is a process. No matter what your political or religious beliefs, Charlie Kirk was a Christian and running toward his faith, living his faith, sharing his faith. That was his personal, political and spiritual right to do so. I AM grateful to have been raised with a strong faith and I stand firmly on that foundation. But, it has also been very important to my life, my spirit and my soul – to follow a calling, to create a platform for the last quarter century that is about inclusivity and a NEW DIRECTION for humanity!

Again, the heart knows what is wrong. You have something in you that tells you the truth – in every moment, every circumstance, no exception; Be Still and Know. War, killing of any kind, killing of the innocent, of those without a voice, of those following orders or the beliefs of others – is wrong. It is a moral crime. What are we doing?

Our faith, this inner knowing has been hijacked. This is a significant moment in our world and a significant moment inside of you. Turn once again, within you. Get off the phone. Get off social media. Turn off the music. Get off the substances that give you relief. Push the distractions, which it is hard to believe aren’t designed to drown out that humming, that truth and knowing within. And be still for a moment. Listen to the God within you.

We must be paying attention to what is happening in this NOW. Not what the media says is happening; or the news, or your neighbor. Not even your closest family. COME TO ME, one decision, one choice, one still moment of knowing within the individual soul, at a time. Pay Attention. We are at a threshold moment in our history. When young people are choosing violence to disagree with another – that is on us! Humanity.

It is easy to have faith and walk with conviction in a smaller community, surrounded by people who believe as you do. It is our light, our willingness to stand in our faith and walk with TRUTH, a Truth that never excludes btw, that is the biggest threat, not the threat pushed by those who say only a certain, narrow narrative is right. There is a layer present right now of very nefarious pressure, especially on our young people, to have certain narratives go only one way. This must be called out. And must be fought.

My life has called me to WALK OUT ON THE WAY, beyond the rhetoric and division, beyond the known and the control of voices from without, most of which have agendas far greater than the highest and best interest of humanity. It is not an easy path to follow, to move in a compelling direction when the majority seem to be following a different voice. Right now, I Am hearing the voice of my maternal grandma saying to me when I was quite young, “no matter where your life takes you, you will always be ok, because you have an indomitable spirit.” I also remember thinking at the time, that that was the biggest word I had ever heard. Big word, a greater calling, walking out in faith to do what is yours to do… all part of inner strengths and knowings that we all have. My life has tremendous meaning. That is what faith does. Faith does not assure we have an easy life – but it does assure that we fulfill the purpose we are called to.

The world needs you right now. People are hurting a lot. People are holding a lot. Violence is intellectual surrender. Violence is extremely dangerous. When you attack a human, you attack God, and you attack the soul of this nation. We are living through a national catastrophe. I feel so much energy quivering inside of me as I try to find words, reach out, connect and find a mooring in the midst of a humanity that has mostly lost theirs. What I know for sure is that National forgiveness takes Leadership. Let that be amongst your prayers at this time. There is a massive machine that has been creating a situation that guaranteed there would be violence. The “voices” in our media that have been and keep selling “hitler” and are saying it not as hyperbole, but as absolute fact? This is a very dangerous, raw time. In the last 10 to 15 years, violence has exploded in our world and terrorism is an ambition. What are we doing? Are we paying attention!! The people who don’t have access to alternative theories, who have lost that internal compass of right and wrong, are going to believe that and act on it.

What I AM breathing into in a way that centers me in the potential of humanity and its ability to course correct is that after the violence and trauma of 9/10/25 – there is noticeably and measurably a radical interest in Faith! The numbers attending church this last Sunday saw a significant increase in what they have been for a long time. A revival, a new sense of drive and responsibility is present, “in the air” and in our hearts… to stand up for what is right. To take decisive action that reflects inner Truth. Do you feel it? Listen to that. Feel that. Rest in the OM, rest in this higher energy and potential, rest in this new Light and Presence and let it hold you.

And so it is, that we find ourselves, less than 2 weeks post a massive, Cosmic assist to help us SHIFT away from the sins and karma of the past toward a New Day – here we are entering, WITH GRACE, another upleveling, Vertical Magnetic, incoming support (and LOVE) with the Solar Eclipse on Sunday, 9/21 and the Fall Equinox on Monday, 9/22. These gateways and portals are like a Cosmic plunge of ice cold water saying, WAKE UP. Snap out of it. Listen to your heart. THERE IS ONLY LOVE. And when the acts and choices, decisions and narratives outside of you do not vibrate and HUM with that Love, we must pivot our energy to where there is clarity and peace, to where the light shines brightly! And the Light does shine brightly in our world. That is the nature of LOVE. It is never separate from the acts of our lower natures that reflect hate, fear and division.

For a 72 hour window beginning Saturday evening, 9/20 – through Tuesday evening, 9/23 – here are centering, liberating supports for this Solar Eclipse/Equinox passage:

Write down what ends. Lower stimulation. Pray. Rest. Fast. Journal. Hydrate. Spend time IN water. Eat grounding foods; root vegetables and soups. Limit screen time. Salt baths. Smudging. Act. Declare new standards. Offer something symbolic to honor closure. End what is false. Embody what is real. The cycle repeats or completes. The Choice is yours. ALL meaningful change happens one conscious choice, decision and act at a time. We must begin to consciously pivot back to what only LOVE can heal, forgive and find resolution in. DROP IN. Forgiveness and Freedom are the same thing. Get in touch with your own indomitable Spirit. Be willing to answer and LIVE the question, WHAT IS MINE TO DO?

REALLY DEEP, HARDCORE THINGS ARE BREAKING AWAY.

We are in an evolutionary cycle of death and renewal. Every gateway, portal, Equinox/Solstice and Eclipse – these are Cosmic Gifts of Power, Grace and potential NEW DIRECTION; unique, one of a kind gateways to the spirit world. But we must take up the mantle of new in the way we live our lives. We are each infused with creationary power and the mission, is LOVE. This mission, is Unity. The image shared here… energetically, metaphorically, the ocean represents consciousness. It is no accident that humans are primarily water and that our planet is primarily water. Consciousness is both malleable and steadfast. And yet, we are also a free-will planet. So, it is ours to choose, each day, what we lean into, what we give our energy and time to. And also, the content of our prayers.

What is the higher spiritual awareness? Where do we go from here? We must first take time to mourn, to calm down and step back, feel the emotions that have been stirred… and pray. Find stillness. Go within. Pray. Hold everything up to the Light.
